Turns out, it was. A quick note about the preserved lemon you do not always need to buy it particularly for this dish if you don't believe you'll use it in anything else (due to the fact that only a very percentage is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely suggest it as I believe it works astonishingly with the feta.
